All of our computer repair services listed below are labor costs estimated to complete the job.
Hardware or software outside of the description below is not included in the listed price and maybe additional.

Flat Fee Rate Repair Services

Complete hardware diagnostics and recommendations. If the job is completed by us. This fee is waived, if additional hours/fees are billed.

If the customer request pick-up or delivery of repaired device. All of the above services will consist of a fuel surcharge $20.00.

For Mac/ Apple/ Laptop/ Tablet products. All of the normal service fee’s apply with additional 1/2- 1 products take a lot more time to get inside of and replace the interior parts then a standard desktop.

This additional fees only applies to hardware repair or replacement. Help with the operating system or software issues are the same as the flat rate service.

Our cell phone screen repair service includes replacement of screen, adhesives, cleaning and disposal of the old screen.

Reinstalling the current operating system with a provided or purchased Windows installation CD/DVDs and an authentic windows key. All WindowsUpdates will be downloaded and installed, also Abode Reader, CD/DVD burning software. (All needed for full functions of online media and normal computer operation.) Malwarebytes Free Edition, Cleaner will also be installed as free programs to help you maintain your system with one click.

Includes backing up your personal data and copying the data back to the hard drive, after the OS reinstallation is finished. So none of your data will be lost.

This also includes a complementary computer interior cleaning. Three software titles re-installed providing you have the disks and software keys required for installation. This price does not include hardware replacement, unless this a Warranty/ RMA repair.

Attempting to recover locked or corrupted files on a portable or external/ internal hard drive. This process does not include the price of USB Flash Drives or a new hard drive to transfer data onto. If flash or hard drives is provided there will be no additional fee for the drive.

This is included with the price of several repairs, this is a standalone repair price.

Running a scan of current Anti Virus/Adware/Malware/Spyware software. If no such software exits, Malwarebytes, AVG Free and Combo fix will be used locate/isolate infections. After these programs have completed there tests. Then cleaning the operating system registry/ start-up and optimizing the system will be done.

Contacting the manufacturer of the product or part on your behalf to check warranty status, then installation of the replacement part once it arrives. Prices will vary due to parts being replaced and the difficulty of the installation. You will never be charged more than agreed upon before the job is completed. Typically 1 hour of labor will be the standard charge $79.99. Diagnostics of problems will be assessed and recommendations of repairs provided to you.

Hourly/ Onsite Repair Services

Every service that is required to be preformed On-Site, will have a minimum of 1 hour charge $79.99, until the job has ben completed.

We are very fair about these charges and realize time can add up quickly. For most job’s we can provide a verbal estimate of time or a set amount of hours that we will not bill more than to get the job completed.

On-Site fee’s are required for the job when you have a large project, such as setting up 5 computers on a new router with optimizations preformed on all computers. Additionally when you prefer the service is not performed remotely or with a pick up/drop-off.

Or, when the issue can not be resolved over the phone or over remote support because you are unable to connect to the internet or I am unable to connect to repair your devices remotely.

A few services are required to be preformed On-Site only.

In general, the hourly On-Site service will cost less than itemizing and individually billing for each job completed on larger projects.

Diagnostics of hardware and devices include updating the firmware of the device, testing, and repairing of hardware or settings.

Monthly Contracts

Monthly contracts cover any service that we provide normally. They are sold in packages of bulk hours purchased at the time of signing. Allowing you to get a discounted rate of hours per month, before additional time will be billed or used out of the remaining months.

Monthly time does not roll over, but if you have a project that will take 30 hours in 1 week. We will use all the hours available from your contract within that week. If that is how you would like to use them.

Monthly contracts are billed on the first of every month. 40% of the total contract amount is due on sign up, as a deposit. In addition, the first month’s payment is also due at the time of sign up. You receive a monthly bill on the first of every month before that months hours to be used for service. Failure to pay the monthly balance within 7 days of the first month or before service is preformed during that month, will result in termination of the contract and hours will be performed at the original rate $79.99/ hr., which will be subtracted from your deposit. Parts and software needed for repairs are not included in the price of the contract and will be billed additionally at the time of requiring them.
